SHIPPING PROCEDURE
For domestic shipping we use USPS 2-3 days Air and UPS. In-stock items usually ship within 48 business hours unless otherwise indicated. Please note that some items may take 3 to 5 business days to ship. Express and overnight orders can take an additional 1 day to ship. Very rarely, due to the high rate of inventory turnover and changes to the product lines of various manufacturers, some items may become backordered or unavailable. We will notify you ASAP if such situation should occur with your order. Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days.
Please note if you provide us with shipping address that is different from billing address we may ask you for an additional proof of identity. We accept copy of your government picture ID and/or Utility bill along with a copy of credit card. Policy above applies to credit card orders only.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
Our standard delivery area is within the United States 50 states. Most items can be shipped internationally (additional shipping charges will be incurred). To contact us regarding shipping rates outside of the continental US, please send an email to store@exboutique.com .
PRODUCT INSPECTION
Please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged in transit by the freight company. Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the unit becomes your property.
If the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at store@exboutique.com with ATTN: SHIPPING PROBLEM in the subject line.
Concealed damage is almost impossible to prove if no notation was made at the time of delivery. However, if you discover internal (non-visible) damage please contact us within three (3) business days for instructions. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
Returns and exchanges
We are NOT responsible for any customer's shipping fees and charges that he/she incurred to return the purchase back to us.
If you choose to return your purchase we advice that you use USPS Priority service with signature confirmation.
Credits or exchanges ussually process within 10-15 business days.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unworn item(s) with all warranty papers, cases in their original condition and with all original packaging and labels within 10 days for a credit. Shipping and handling fees are not subject to a refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please don't forget to include include your First and Last name, Address, Phone numer, Order Number and reason for return.
EXCHANGES
If you choose to exchange the item(s) simply return the unworn item(s) with all warranty papers, cases in their original condition and with all original packaging within 10 days. In case of an exchange, we will apply the original purchase amount less shipping and handling toward your new purchase. Items can only be exchanged for equal or greater valued items. A $10.00 US shipping and processing fee for each exchanged item will be charged. A restocking fee is waved for all exchanges.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION #
Please request RA# and return instructions before shipping your item(s) back to us. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted without the RA#.
